Main Engine Liner in India

We Supply Main Engine Liner in India. The Main Engine cylinder Liner forms the cylindrical space in which the piston operates. The liner is manufactured using a superior material of Cast Iron. Considering that the piston which operates in the Liner & the friction caused thereof, wears down the Cylinder Liner gradually. However these  Liners are sometimes less worn and can be re-used on the Engines on board sea-Going vessels. These Second hand Cylinder Liners are comparatively cheaper & since they are original i.e. of the Manufacturers or OEMs, they are preferred by several Shipping Lines for their Fleet as an economical and reliable option as compared to buying new spares from the makers directly. These Cylinder Liners are procured by us from the Ships which come to the Ship Recycling Yard and are carefully checked, MPI tests done, Calibrated and then offered to the clients.

Main Engine Liner in India & Aux Engine Crankshaft (commoly known as Crank) is an Engine part that performs the reciprocating rotational motion which in turn moves the connecting rods and pistons in the Cylindrical Liners of the Engine. The Motion of the Crankshaft wears down the bearings located between the crank-pins and the Connecting rods (big-end bearings). We purchase these Crankshafts from the Ship recycling yards after careful examination (such as the MPI, NDT, UV & Callibration) to check whether the crankshaft is in good condition for re-use. These Second hand Crankshafts are comparatively cheaper & since they are original i.e. of the Manufacturers or OEMs, they are preferred by several Shipping Lines for their Fleet as an economical and reliable option as compared to buying new spares from the makers directly.

The Automatic Identification Systems ( commonly referred to as AIS) is employed on Ships in the Main Bridge Room primarily to view the Marine traffic movement in the surrounding area The AIS Automatic Identification System) is also used for avoiding collision of ships. The AIS (Automatic Identification System) is used a a supplementary equipment compared to the Marine radar which is the Primary mode for collision avoidance. AIS (Automatic Identification System) system is connected and integrated with the Ships VHF, GPS receiver, gyrocompass which gives it the necessary feed to process the Ships position vis-a-vis other ships in the area.
